Standard Tickets (Bunk, Off-site Hotel/Accommodations or Private Room without the “Extra Day”) allow for arrival no earlier than Friday at 2PM ET. (The following meals are included: Friday dinner, Saturday – breakfast, lunch & dinner, Sunday – breakfast & lunch)
“Extra Day” Tickets allow for arrival no earlier than Thursday at 2PM ET. (The following meals are included: Thursday dinner, Friday & Saturday – breakfast, lunch & dinner, Sunday – breakfast & lunch)
You will be sleeping in cabins/bunks. We will try to keep the number of people in each bunk to about 8. There are a limited number of private rooms that have their own bathrooms.
There is only one full or queen size bed in the private rooms. (If you register for a private room, unfortunately, we cannot tell you in advance if you will have a full or queen size bed.) There is a maximum of two people in each private room. We recommend registering for a bunk if there are more than two people you would like to stay with.
There will be a schedule of events for each day. The schedule will be added to the website about a month before camp.
No, there is no smoking allowed anywhere on the camp grounds.
Yes, but there are a limited number of spots for vendors, and only one vendor per category is allowed. Ex. only one vendor that sells dog treats will be allowed. The exception is non-profit groups, which are allowed to sell any items.
Vendors will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. To be eligible as a vendor, you must also register to attend pug camp. You must register to attend camp to be a Pug Camp vendor.
The vendor fee is waived for any of the participating non-profit rescue/sanctuary organizations. If you are a non-profit organization, please complete and submit the non-profit application.
While there is no air conditioning in the rooms, it is quite cool in the mountains. During the day we are outside for activities, and at night, the temperature drops to the 50’s (or lower). So far we have not had any issues with pugs of any age being too hot!
All dogs are welcome at pug camp as long as they are friendly, non-aggressive dogs. For dogs over 30 lbs, there will be a restriction on the number allowed at camp, so make sure to reserve early if you are coming with a larger dog!
Owners must bring proof of current rabies vaccination or an exemption letter from a veterinarian for each dog attending to be allowed entry to Pug Camp. Titers are accepted. If you have any questions, please email info@pugcamp.com.
Yes, dogs are required to be spayed or neutered. If there is a medical reason for which they cannot be, please email info@pugcamp.com and we will evaluate the situation.
If you need to rent linens and did not add this to your original registration, please go back to the registration site, then click the link below, then the “Register / Donate” button on the event page. In the pop-up window you will see two options: “Linen Rental – Bunk” and “Linen Rental – Private Room”. Please read the descriptions, select an option and quantity accordingly, then complete the registration process.
Yes, please review the Pug Camp Rules & Regulations before registering for camp.
