All campers agree with the following rules and regulations:

1. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by their parent or legal guardian at all times.
2. No one under the age of 18 may be unsupervised at the waterfront.
3. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the campgrounds.
4. Attendees checking in on Thursday or Friday may arrive between 2:00 PM and 8:30 PM ET. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM ET on either day, please email info@pugcamp.com so we can arrange your late check-in before August 26th. Please remember that cell service and access to email while on the campgrounds is limited, so notifying us in advance is important. For camp safety and security, arrivals after 8:30 PM ET are not permitted.
5. Dogs are not allowed inside the dining hall.
6. All dogs must be on a leash or in a stroller and may not roam freely around the grounds during Pug Camp. Dogs do not have to remain on a leash during indoor events.
7. Retractable leashes are not permitted. Even the friendliest dogs can be unpredictable, and retractable leashes pose a safety risk to both campers and their dogs.
8. No cars are permitted on campus at ANY time, except during designated arrival and departure times. Vehicles may not drive across or park on any grassy areas.
9. After arrival, vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area outside the camp entrance, behind the entrance gate. Paved parking spaces inside the camp entrance are reserved for camp staff and emergency personnel.
10. If your male dog is likely to mark (lift its leg to urinate), it must wear a belly band while indoors, including in the covered arena.
11. Accidents happen. Please supervise your dog and promptly clean up any indoor accidents.
12. Always pick up and properly dispose of your dog’s waste.
13. Each attendee is required to donate an item or gift basket valued at $50 or more to benefit the participating nonprofit organizations. All donations must be new or like-new. Attendees registering together as a couple or family are encouraged to donate one larger item or basket equal to the combined value of their group (for example: 2 attendees = $100+ value; 3 attendees = $150+ value).  All auction donations must be submitted for approval at least 10 days before camp. A donation submission link will be emailed to registered attendees and shared on Pug Camp social media. Unfortunately, donations that have not been pre-registered cannot be accepted at check-in. 
14. All dogs attending Pug Camp must be spayed or neutered. If you have questions or would like to request a medical exemption, please email info@pugcamp.com.
15. Owners must provide proof of a current rabies vaccination or a veterinarian-issued exemption letter for each dog attending Pug Camp. Dogs without the required documentation will not be permitted to enter camp. Questions may be directed to info@pugcamp.com.
16. Each attendee is responsible for consulting with their veterinarian regarding any additional recommended vaccinations and flea and tick prevention before attending camp.
17. Any attendee whose dog exhibits aggressive or uncontrolled behavior may be asked to leave Pug Camp without a refund.
18. Any person whose behavior is disruptive or endangers another person or animal may be asked to leave without a refund.
19. Please respect our volunteers, staff, vendors, and fellow attendees. Harassment, abusive language, threatening behavior, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from Pug Camp without a refund.
20. All attendees are expected to leave their bunks or rooms clean and in good condition, free of excessive odor, waste, or damage. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee being charged to the credit card on file after camp. Cleaning fees begin at $100 and may increase depending on the condition of the room.
21. All registration fees and donations are final and non-refundable once a transaction has been completed. Tickets are non-transferable.
22. Each attendee must submit a signed Attendance Waiver before being admitted to Pug Camp.

Pug Squad reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose actions violate these rules or whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or not in the best interest of Pug Camp, its attendees, volunteers, or participating organizations. Removal from camp will not result in a refund.
